Bogdan, cu ce te ocupi, mai exact?

Cum ai ajuns sa faci toate astea? Care este povestea ta?

Mi-am petrecut copilaria in teatru, printre actori, regizori, pictori si sculptori si alaturi de Valentin Uritescu – actor consacrat si tata special cu viziuni despre educatie situate mult inaintea vremurilor sale. Aceste viziuni mi-au condimentat copilaria intr-un mod liber, creator, nebunesc, paradisiac. Multe dintre exercitiile si tehnicile folosite in activitatea mea de acum sunt inspirate din trairile si experientele mele de atunci.

Totusi vremurile s-au schimbat, valorile s-au schimbat, iar eu am avut o “revelatie”… Aceea ca trebuie sa fac altceva de aici inainte. Simt ca trebuie sa ajut oamenii pentru ca oricum am facut-o intuitiv de atatea ori si atunci m-am simtit implinit. Prin urmare, toata experienta profesionala de peste treizeci de ani o voi folosi acum ca Trainer, in workshop-uri si teambuilding-uri in care cursantii isi vor descoperi parti ascunse din universul fabulos al SINELUI.

Care este cel mai interesant proiect in care esti implicat acum?

Pornind de la revelatia mea, Universul s-a miscat. Eu sunt mai puternic si mai hotarat ca oricand. Si daca eu ma pot adapta si reinventa atunci sigur ii pot convinge, in stilul meu, si pe altii: sa viseze, sa actioneze.

De aceea, am dezvoltat un proiect amplu, “DYNAMIC PROTOCOL – CHAPLIN  STRATEGY”, in care  combin armonios  tehnici si exercitii din: NLP, POINTS OF YOU, ACTORIE, EXPRESIVITATE  CORPORALA, ARTE MARTIALE, CINEMA, CASCADORIE…

Ce inseamna pentru tine sa muncesti din pasiune?

Sa iubesti ceea ce faci. Sa simti ceea ce faci. Sa intuiesti ceea ce faci. Sa te-mplineasca ceea ce faci.

Care a fost cea mai mare provocare intalnita?

Cea mai mare nu exista. Mereu alta… Mereu diferita… Dar un exemplu ar fi urmatorul: in film si teatru cand a trebuit sa contrazic sau sa intrerup, cu argumente solide, regizori si producatori si sa le arat ca ce voiau ei nu se putea face decat asa cum simteam eu ori sa le dau solutii mult mai bune pentru situatii dificile.

Care este cel mai mare beneficiu pe care il ai din munca ta?

E un soi de impacare…o implinire…niciodata multumire autosuficienta.

Ce sfat ai pentru oamenii care acum isi cauta Munca din Pasiune?

Sa se intrebe ce le-ar aduce bucurii, ce i-ar multumi, ce i-ar face fericiti. Daca se simt impliniti cand fac ceva, atunci sigur pasiunea le-a dat tarcoale… Si sa se mire mereu, sa fie copii, sa fie AICI si ACUM…
